Warranty Coverage

• Foam cell structure deterioration or defects. 

• 1.5" or greater body impression.

• Your mattress must be continuously supported by a solid foundation with a solid support. This includes solid wood or metal platforms, foundations or solid box spring.

Coverage Does Not Include

• Sheet fit.

• Mattress stains, normal wear & tear, etc.

• Body indentations - less then minimum impressions as defined in "Warranty Coverage".

• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation.

• Mattress compressed for extended periods of time (60 day max).

LUSSO mattresses are designed to be used on foundations with solid support having little to no give. Slatted wood or metal foundations with slats should be no more then 3" apart. Other acceptable foundations are solid wood or metal box foundations. Improper support or foundations with slats having more then 3" apart and old box springs more then 5+ years without solid support will void your mattress warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide proof of foundation quality.

All warranties will be void and shall not apply if the product has been cut or torn, burned, moisture saturated, stained, physically abused or above normal wear and tear.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the mattress. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
