To return within 100 day free trial, simply contact us at 1-844 MYLUSSO to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We'll then set a time that works in your schedule during weekday business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM for our team members to pack up and remove the mattress. Forward us the receipt given to you from our pick-up team and a full refund of your original payment will be refunded.
We use high compression machinery to press and compact our mattresses, then shrink wrap in plastic to hold the compression in place to be able to fit in a small box and ship conveniently. This process can not be duplicated outside the factory.
